1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services and Estimates

All estimates provided by Goldenhance are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on project scope changes discovered during work commencement. A signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure scheduling.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit to cover scheduling impact.

5. Workmanship Warranty

Goldenhance warrants our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from completion date. This warranty covers defects in our application and installation work. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by third parties or the client
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues arising from improper maintenance
  • Pre-existing conditions or substrate failures

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to work areas
  • Removing or protecting personal belongings
  • Informing us of known hazards or conditions
  • Providing parking access as needed

7. Limitation of Liability

Goldenhance's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Goldenhance and protected by copyright laws. Written consent is required to use our content elsewhere.
