We serve Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Wasilla, Palmer, Big Lake, Girdwood, and the broader Mat-Su Valley. If you're outside these areas, reach out anyway — we're always expanding our service coverage and may be able to help.
Yes! Goldenhance is fully licensed and insured in the state of Alaska. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. This protects both your home and our team members during every project.

Services & Pricing

Absolutely! We provide free, no-obligation in-home consultations and estimates. We'll measure your space, discuss your vision, and provide a detailed quote with transparent pricing. You'll know exactly what to expect before we begin any work.
For most projects, we can begin within 1-2 weeks of your approval. During busy seasons (spring and summer), wait times may be slightly longer. We always provide a projected start date during your consultation and work hard to accommodate your timeline.
We install all major flooring types including solid and engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and carpet. We help you choose the best option for your lifestyle, budget, and Alaska's climate conditions.
Yes! We offer exterior painting services including house siding, trim, doors, decks, and fences. We use premium exterior paints specifically formulated for Alaska's weather extremes to ensure lasting results.

The Process

Not at all! Our team handles all furniture moving and protection as part of our service. Just let us know about any especially delicate or heavy pieces in advance, and we'll coordinate accordingly. Your belongings are treated with the utmost care.
A single average room (like a 12x12 bedroom) typically takes 1-2 days including preparation and drying time. Whole-home painting projects range from 5-10 days depending on size and scope. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.
Yes! All our painting work includes a 1-year workmanship warranty. Additionally, the paints and materials we use are backed by manufacturer warranties. We stand behind our work and will address any issues that arise from our craftsmanship.
We use premium paints from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore — two of the most trusted names in the industry. These paints offer superior coverage, durability, and are available in thousands of colors including many with low or zero VOCs for safer indoor air quality.

Scheduling & Payment

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Our crews typically work during these hours as well. We understand that many homeowners prefer evening or weekend consultations, which we're happy to accommodate by appointment.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For larger projects, we also offer payment plans through financing partners. We provide detailed quotes with clear pricing — what you see is what you pay, with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just give us a call as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances change and will work with you to find a new date that works for everyone. We just ask for at least 48 hours notice when possible.
