Michael Torres founded Goldenhance in 2012 after spending years working for some of the largest contractors in the Pacific Northwest. He noticed a gap in the market — homeowners wanted premium finishing work, but contractors were focused on speed over quality.
"I kept seeing beautiful homes with rushed paint jobs and poorly installed flooring," Michael recalls. "I knew there had to be a better way — a company that actually cared about the details that make a house feel like home."
