Refund Policy

1. Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required to schedule and confirm your project booking. This deposit secures your project date and covers preliminary costs including materials procurement, team scheduling, and project preparation. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled project start date.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before: Full refund of deposit minus a $50 administrative fee
- 4-7 days before: 50% refund of deposit
- 48 hours to 4 days: Deposit becomes non-refundable, but may be applied to future service within 12 months
- Less than 48 hours: Deposit is forfeited
3. Completed Work Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please notify us within 48 hours of project completion. We will conduct a thorough walkthrough and address any legitimate concerns about our workmanship at no additional cost. Refunds for completed work are not available, but we are committed to making it right through correction of any issues.
4. Material Purchases
Special-order materials (flooring, wallpaper, custom paints) are non-refundable once ordered. If materials arrive damaged, we will replace them at no cost. Standard materials may be returned within 14 days in original packaging for store credit toward future services.
5. Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge, please contact us directly to resolve the matter. We will work with you in good faith to address any billing concerns. Disputed charges that are resolved in our favor may incur a $50 administrative fee.
6. Service Guarantees
All painting and installation work is guaranteed for one year from completion. If our workmanship fails during this period due to normal use, we will return to correct the issue at no charge. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by third parties, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
